This means that the best diamond qualities are used in a high performance mixture on the cutting edges. Specific diamond sizes from 30 to 80 mesh in JR3 to JR5 quality are employed for various applications giving diamond proportions of up to 40 %. The superior hardness of diamonds has proved itself compared with traditional cutting discs, especially for cutting tiles/stone/concrete/hard brick and many other building materials.
