Any grinding/sharpening work that needs doing (e.g.knives, scissors, vine and pruning cutters, scythes,spades, mower blades, axes/choppers, screwdrivers,palette-knives, plane-blades, chisels, etc.) can beeffortlessly processed using our general-purposesharpening station. A precision drill-bit sharpeningdevice has been built-in to the appliance for resharpeningspiral drill-bits. Thanks to the special grinderdesign - made of high-quality aluminium - the correctgrinding angle is automatically achieved. Using this,drill-bits from 3.5-11mm in diameter can beprofessionally re-ground. That prolongs the life of yourvaluable drill-bits, protects the drive motor of yourmachine and makes any drilling work easier (lesseffort needed). The special top-quality carborundumsharpening stone (diam. 140mm) produces a clean,even grinding profile. The speed of 630rpm offers anexcellent compromise between a proper removal rateand one that protects the material, as any annealingof the workpiece is avoided. The robust 100 WMarathon motor has an enormously long working lifeand runs impressively quietly.
