HSS Step Drill Bit
You can drill holes sized from 4 to 12mm, 6 to 20mm and 6 to 30mm as required, using only one drill bit. The drill bit has two cutting edges and a fixed centre point. Diameter details marked on the individual steps by laser. Suitable for metal, plastics, wood, plexiglass, etc. Drill depth for boards up to 6mm thick. No centring required. Step drill bit size 1, cutting range 4-12mm. Length approx. 80mm, shaft diameter 6mm. Drill steps increase in 1mm stages. |
Drill Bit 16 x 310 mm
The innovative 4-cut design geometry with high centring precision prevents any unwanted drifting of the drill tip at maximum drill performance, due to the optimal distribution of the drilling forces. The drills are outstanding for their uniform and low vibration operation. The strong 4-cut carbon steel metal insert into the drill-head is firmly embedded and precision ground and so working in reinforced concrete is possible. At the same time the newly designed dual removal spirals provide rapid drill dust removal and very high drilling speed. The large channel cross-section enables a minimal drilling dust deflagration in particular with small diameters. The highly ergonomic design of the new drill has the effect of reducing noise by low vibration, which makes the work less tiring. Working length: 250mm. |
